The Candidate You are a seasoned professional with substantial auto finance expertise, excelling in team leadership and thriving in fast-paced environments to deliver superior outcomes. Deep experience in auto financing through broker, private sale, and supplier channels. Proven leadership in team building, including coaching, training, and performance enhancement. Skilled in overseeing high-volume underwriting workflows. Strong analytical capabilities for detailed transaction assessments. Knowledge of vehicle categories and contemporary market trends, including risk tools. Willingness to participate in partner visits with sales to promote capabilities.
